Creating user account

  • Do not create an account for a group! Create one for yourself.
  • User your real name or pseudonym
  • Post a picture of yourself, you’re beautiful and it will help people recognize you from real life.

Posting minutes

  • Write minutes based on the minutes template
  • Copy minutes into a new document (Groups > Docs)
  • Set the tag to minutes

Use tags

  • tags help group related content
  • Think of tags as a summery of what you post
  • tags, should, be, separated, by, commas

Uploading Events

  • Try and fill out all fields
  • If your event is going to repeat set it to repeat, try not to create multiple events
