Regular Meeting

Meeting convened at 7:00p.m.
After an hour and a half of discussion among four members without formally opening a meeting, two additional members arrive and a short meeting is formally convened.
Consensus is reached around the following two points: 1) henceforth, all Vision & Goals working group meetings will require a quorum of six members present in order to start and maintain a meeting. 2) We will add a meeting to the amended holiday schedule on Saturday, December 31st at 12:30pm in the Atrium at 60 Wall Street.
