OWS ANTI-WAR WORKING GROUP
JANUARY 24, 2012
Present: Jonathan, Barbara, John, Alice, Deborah, Peggy, Sandy, David, Patricia.
We discussed the draft Declaration written in response to a request from Occupy Moscow to
present a joint declaration for nuclear abolition and against war to our respective Assemblies.
There was consensus that it should go forward to the General Assembly after John makes some
minor suggested edits which he will then share with the drafting group. Jonathan will let us
know when he is presenting the draft to the GA so we can join him if possible. Alice will post
the amended draft to the Moscow drafters and explain to them that our Working Group is
presenting it to the General Assembly and it may be changed by the GA.
