Upcoming Actions: Action to Save Post Office at 149th and Grand Concourse 7-27-13-12noon-Community Board 1 meeting on Franklin 7-30-13 @6:00pm. Occupy Music Day August 10, 2013 12noon at Zuccotti Park

Group consented on assembly meeting locations and dates as follows. August 2– 5422 Church (East Flatbush). August 9-Staten Island Borough Hall, August  16 -Union Square ,  August 23 60 Wall Street New York City,   August 30 Harlem (Adam Clayton Powell Plaza)

Discussion/Reporbacks- OWS S 17 Meeting-Group narrowed down S-17 Focus to T.P.P. , Money Out of Politics and Global Solidarity. Miss Kay spoke on Succession and NYCHA and her pending eviction and where her case stands now, (Marshall’s attempted to evict her on 7-24-13), more information forthcoming. Bill spoke of the importance of group supporting speakouts at 5:30pm at Federal Hall steps 26 Wall Street, largest speakout took place on same day as assembly. Next meeting for S-17 scheduled for 7-29-13@310 W. 43rd Street@6:30pm. Sumumba  attended and spoke about actions in support of Capitol Grille, NYCHA rally and hearing at Pace University and also ‘celebration’ in support of fast food workers in Prospect Park all occurring on 7-24-13.
