De-escalation had a discussion about conduct at the spokes the council and how to de-escalate disruptors at said spoke-council. As agreed upon in the council, members of de-escalation did not permit certain individuals into the spokes, and executed their duties to the extent consensually agreed to at that time. We soon found out during the following spokes council, that it was not in fact a true consensus. There were many offended parties because of this unfortunate misunderstanding. The de-escalation team wasn’t to blame, they were just doing our duties, as agreed upon at the council.
