Join local community members as they respond to the international #OpSafeWinter call to action by the #Anon network in and around NYC’s FiDi.

Starting at noon we will gather to distribute day packs filled with basics supplies to those on the streets this holiday season.

Hot Dinner to follow at Zuccotti Park at 4 PM.

We are anonymous. We are legion.
We stand for all. We stand for none.
We are everybody. We are nobody.
We do not forgive. We do not forget.
Expect Us.

The anonymous network has defined a generation’s resistance to rising corporate powers which seek to strip citizens of their rights, destroy the ecosystem and line the pockets of an ever decreasing monied elite known as the 1%.

First imagined in the pause between the turning of comic book pages & the flicker of a big screen adaptation the Anonymous toolbox demonstrated the efficacy of our horizontal model on the front lines of the battle against The Church Of Scientology.

Cloaked in the symbols of a postmodern retconned anarchist betrayed, cuckolded & caught red handed, Anonymous promotes access to information, free speech, and transparency, supports anti corruption and anti authoritarian efforts & democracy movements across the globe.

White Supremacists, Child Pornographers, Sony, The Bay Area Rapid Transit System, Mexican drug cartels, Visa , animal abusers, Violent Police Departments, Paypal, Corrupt civil servants, Mastercard, Cyber-security firms, and the private corporate defense agencies have all seen the power of ultra coordinated motherfrackery.

It is time we aimed our tools, attention, coordinated intention to the plight of those living on the streets this winter as we have with mutual aid efforts of the Occupy & grassroots movements in Sandy affected areas, #OpOK & currently during Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines.

Fellow Anon and Citizens of the world, We are proud to announce #OPSafeWinterNYC.

In this age of consumerism there is very little love or care about each other, we’re here to change that. No longer shall we stand by and watch isolation and fear be spread by the establishment, which is killing and destroying community and lives. We all have a voice, so make yours heard, you are the power, your choice, your life, you are the motivation for justice

The number of homeless people in New York City has increased dramatically. More homeless die from freezing than from starvation each year. Winter is approaching and many more will need help bearing the cold.

Please share this OP with as many people as possible.

Work together online as in real life, everyone can help no matter how small or big the activity.
We can care, we must care, it is our nature and duty to help each other.

Noon to Four PM December 26th, 2013, Zuccotti Park, New York City

Got Stuff? The day after Christmas traditionally is a day in New York to don your new duds and hit the stores for discounts, holiday returns & general consumer gluttony.

Someone slip you some Gift Cards? Returning something expensive & have no idea what to do with the store credit? Your trustafarian sugar daddy pushing you to make a big ticket item?

Take a stand with your fellow netizens & fill a backpack with new loot that those living on the streets might enjoy.

Noon: Gather at Liberty Plaza to sort & prepare backpacks
1 PM: Know Your Rights Skillshare: Street Mask Edition
2 PM: Deployment
4 PM: Potluck Grub & Soup
5 PM: Clean-up
6 PM: Night Watch

Those living outdoors sleeping bags, mats, space blankets, hand warmers, backpacks, gloves, scarves, thermal undergarments, and other items.

Donations of new items only.
Give what you would want to get.
This is not a charity operation.

If you cannot join us in person that day you can support the efforts online.

We will distribute the items to those who need them the most.
