As Part of Occu-Evolve’s One-Year Celebration, and immediately following the Labor Outreach Meeting of Occupy Wall Street, we will begin having Tuesday Night Discussions on topical issues related to the Occupy Movement. Starting this night Sumumba Sobukwe, the founder and co-creator of Occu-Evolve will discuss what brought him to Occupy Wall Street and led him to found Occu-Evolve which is a mass movement building group within Occupy Wall Street, and currently the most active.
This discussion is also a launch for his blog Occupy-MY STORY and part of a fundraiser for Occu-Evolve actions around education, and outreach to the 99%. Attendance is free but donations are accepted. This will also be the first of a series of Tuesday and later Wednesday night strategic discussion to rebuild community and our movement. We meet Hope to see you all there!
