‘Get Stuff Done’ meetup that has a
specific microlocal focus of
#Occupy Events held at Liberty Square.
This is an open, public event for all members of the
Occupy Community in the NYC area.
What is a GSD MeetUp? GSD Stands for Get Stuff Done. From the start of the Occupation of
Liberty Plaza groups of people have met to talk & use the consensus process to organize things.
Often these meetings take the shape of large listening circles where full attention is needed in order
to keep things & ideas flowing. A GSD is a small gathering of individuals with an
existing stake in the continued occupation of Liberty Plaza where
laptops & brainstorming is encouraged in an informal setting.
Ideal for small working groups & occupiers looking to connect with like minded folks.
