We'd like to appear at the next several GAs for discussion of the
 vision statement and a continuing piecemeal consensus process, taking
 each bullet in the document one-by-one. Bullets that do not reach
 consensus in any of the sessions will be held over until we have worked
 our way through the list of bullets. We can take a second look at any
 contentious items at that time. We will also be treating the leading
 and trailing sentences of the document in the same manner; these will
 be taken up after the bullets are more or less complete.
 
 We'd like to be on every agenda for 20-30 minute visits through Saturday,
 3/10. If we can double up and handle multiple bullets in a single session,
 we'll write again to shorten the schedule.
