*Tech Proposal Part 3: Server Infrastructure & Operating Costs: $5,692.24 one-time cost for server equipment, $250/month for continued local hosting facility space, $200/month for miscellaneous costs (DNS, SMTP services, mobile hotspots, etc) only to be used on an as-needed basis. RESULT: CONSENSUS
*Tech Proposal Part 4: Livestream HD Supercharge: $312 one-time cost for 4G USB modems from each major wireless network: Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T, $413.68/month for data plan subscriptions for these four modems, and $888 one-time cost for 4-mic Wireless Microphone System & camera-top Wireless interview mic. Accepted friendly amendments: Not to use Verizon Wireless as a carrier (and thus the cost will change slightly). RESULT: MODIFIED CONSENSUS (15 FOR, 1 AGAINST, 2 STAND-ASIDES)
*Safer Spaces Proposal: Community Agreements. RESULT: TABLED FOR NEXT WEDNESDAY

*Safer Spaces: Meets every Sunday at 5pm at 60 Wall St and this Sunday at 4pm to discuss the Community Agreement
*J15: Jan 15 is MLK’s birthday! We have funding! Al Sharpton has signed on! St John the Divine Church, 110th St & Amsterdam Av, 6:30pm. Candlelight vigil.
*?: Statement upcoming for GA endorsement regarding Nigeria’s occupy and the killings there.
*Town Planning: New transportation working group being formed. Also, weekly meeting is Thursday, 11am at 60 Wall St.
*Housing: Got a donation of $2,000, but still need more, wants working groups to consider giving their $100 per day allowance to Housing to help with costs for showers, heating, etc. Also, if you’re homeless, go to Charlotte’s place Thursday from 4-6pm, might be able to have a local resident adopt you.
*Archives: Holding a forum to discuss where and how our stuff is stored. Date, time, location TBD but keep tuned!
*Minutes: Need people, need help, future of Minutes uncertain. Weekly meeting Thursdays, 6pm at 60 Wall St.
*Chepe: Nigeria needs our solidarity, come to an event on Sunday at the United Nations, at noon.
*Library: Occupying a swanky dance club tonight, 34 Van Dam St, will have books there too!
*Anti-Racism Allies: Meeting Sunday, 4pm at 60 Wall St. Also, have posterboards of the Declaration of the Occupation.
*InfoHub: Remember, Jan 20th the new working group definitions come into effect. If you’re not on their list, go to them for help getting your group official.
