The Direct Action WG requests $7,000 in funds be made available for an upcoming event and action on December 17th. We intend for this action to result in the establishment of a new occupation at 6th Ave. & Canal St. These funds will be used to purchase necessary equipment, infrastructure, fabrication of art and fortification materials, as well as press/ media supplies. Many materials and working spaces have already been donated and these funds are required to supplement existing resources.
