Organization Working Group, or a subset thereof, would like to get on stack for Thursday’s GA to put forward a proposal to send a thank you re-solicit email to our several thousand online donors to the NYCGA.

It doesn’t seem Organization requires such GA approval, so long as any funds received go to the General Fund. OWS is happy when anyone announces, “Please give to OWS”.
Table your proposal and just go ahead and send the e-mail.
