SUMMARY

-Occupy Farms: $15,000 for start up costs. RESULT: Went to modified consensus, did not pass.  The total number of people who voted was not announced

-Visions and Goals breakout conversation

-Organizing working group looking for approval to send out a thank you card email with a donate  button to the individuals that donated online so far in the movement. RESULT: This was passed with two FA’s. First FA that there not be  a donate button but a link to the website. Second that the thank you be in the form of a vide and they get GA approval of that video before sending it.

-Medics requesting a budget of $1,100. RESULT: Passed with the FA that they resubmit a budget to the GA in 4 weeks.

-Housing working group: 150 Metrocards for a total of $4350.00. RESULT: Passed

-Sanitation: $7,000 for a cleaning budget to be used on foreclosed homes in projects with O4O, Picture the Homeless and others. RESULT: Passed

-Minutes working group: $129.56 for an audio recorder. RESULT: Passed

-Comfort: Proposal for $1,590 for laundry, metrocards, phone, supplies. RESULT: Passed with the FA that it be fore $500.00 and the other expenses will be taken out of the petty cash allowance.
