Co-proposal from DA and Expansion to make $4,000 available for the Park Defense strategy.

Funds to be used to fortify and expand existing park defense strategy, including the purchase of building materials to expand capacity of the Park Defense tent from 9-14 ppl, provide lighting, electricity, and a DA table. Also to produce additional materials for lockdown actions including lockboxes, sleeping dragons, human caterpillars, etc.
